| 2025-01-17 |  | | en | I've used a couple of other notetakers and transcribing tools in the past, but I haven't found anything as powerful, accurate, or simple to use as Fathom. I use it in all client meetings, sending the recaps after to clients who have started adopting it themselves once they see what it can do. I've also used it to record workshops, which made sending a transcription, video with highlights, and summary a total breeze. What would've taken me hours before was done in a matter of minutes (I did have to tweak the transcript for accuracy). My only issue with it is I have to fight with it not to try to join calls, even when I've told it to stop doing that automatically. Sometimes it doesn't (though I still have to go through Fathom to open Zoom), but sometimes it goes through anyway and I have to tell the host not to let it on. Still, it's a pretty minor inconvenience considering everything it does to help me. I'll continue to use it and recommend it! |
