en | I was using this App since beginning of last year. It was very helpful. Now they have removed/broken several features of it, for example when analyzing the competitor shop - there is no full number of listings parsed to analyze, only a small subset of it. Sometimes a shop with 5k+ listings shows only 100+ available. I used to download them all and analyze with my scripts. Now this became useless. The support has promised me more than 3 times to look into this, even email with their "CEO" promised to fix it only to see it not fixed. Stopped paying for it and left. Do not recommend if your marketing relies on this tool, they are not serious about feedback. At best you will get a robotic reply. This is my 5th time complaining about this, and my last. |

en | This app was the very first app I started using for my Etsy store. It works well for my needs. But I do see the problem with data to be not accurate on certain items. For example, sometimes the sales $ is huge for an item, but the amount items sold is not near it to correspond with the sales. I hope you will improve the accuracy. |
