Developers are constantly introducing new mechanics, there is a supportive community and you don't have to pay to win: simply, the best pirate game. Also, if you have any ideas you can suggest them and the developers might even put you on board the project.... ;) Support the devs now and again though... |

This is a simulator with battles, economies and alliances. Do the tutorials and learn the game then enjoy building your empire! |

It just takes a while to learn. The biggest downside is that there is a community of older players who are vastly more powerful than beginners. Some of the older players are too weak to compete with the truly powerful, and so they will target beginners. The game is unplayable when that happens because the gulf between a beginner and even a weak established player is very vast. This game is probably a waste of your time,but if you do join, seek out the most powerful players and suck up to them, pretending that you actually care deeply about pirate mythology. |
