I had the same issue that the downloaded files have no video and accelrated audio. Here's a link: https://play.library.utoronto.ca/embed/e3892d6bcb6ecf054778f9c89392ce8e/ And I'm using Windows 10. I tried the website too and it didn't work. Thanks in advance.

Loved it - until it stopped working last week after an update. Downloaded files have no video and hyper speed audio. Developer, please fix!!
