en Absolute pain to use trying to do my practice test multiple times and only having it work 3 times out of god knows how many attempts to access it without coming up with an error message. The tips or help page do not work and after redoing the same steps multiple times i can say that this is absolute hassle to use and does not work

en I'm surprised by all the bad reviews for this extension. I don't like having to use this extension, but I can understand why the university requires it on particular assignments. I've used it twice so far, and the process was seamless both times. No glitches and no lagging. It was all the more surprising since I was in a regional area at the time with terrible internet speeds. One tutor advised that IRIS doesn't like split screens, so only use one dedicated screen. Plus, remember to turn the Grammarly extension off if you use this. Good luck with your assignment!
