Instructions:

Click the extension icon and enter your API key
Open a YouTube video, scroll down a little, the extension box should appear above the comments section
Click fetch transcript (if auto fetch is enabled you can skip this step)
Click analyze transcript (this does not happen automatically)

Known issues:

Token counter is still slightly off (in general the estimate is higher than the actual usage)
Fails sometimes, if the response from the API isn't perfectly formed
Does not work with extremely long videos due to token limits

I was surprised how good this extension is - including timestamps, usefulness score (spamminess, trust score (e.g. "The host speaks from personal experience and provides detailed context for his statements. He also admits when he's uncertain about information" - I know the host and it describes him to a T), value score (how relevant the video is based on the persona you entered, e.g. "Solopreneur in the AI space"). Great job!
