The old reddit interface saying "there doesn't seem to be anything here" is a bit confusing and shouldn't be taken at face value until you've let it cycle through your top and controversial comments as well as just the regular ones. If you can see only controversial comments when you adjust the filter, choose delete all. The window will open to the regular comments view which might be empty. Let the plugin run there again, it can't harm anything and will give you the prompt to select controversial or top after it cycles through and sees nothing is there. You will need to start the plugin three or four times to purge all your comments. This thing absolutely works as described. |
