I was talking to (one I thought was Norton) and the agent asked for my full SS# and I said "I do not give my full # to anyone on the phone and why are you asking for my full #? Norton have never done that before" and I said: NO and then the agent hung up. I said you already have ALL of my info so why are you asking for my SS#? Then she replied "we are not allowed to see your SS#" I said: Ok, then I'm not giving it to you either, give me a supervisor. |
