Oh... believe me: I've tried many of them.. many, many, many in the past couple of years.. Talking about bookmark manager and Web content tools. Should publish a journal about my experience and about how this funny useful tools popped up like mushrooms during rainy season and disappeared in quite the same fast way as they emerged (mostly went offline with a loud booooom).. However, when I first signed up for an LASSO account I thought this is one of those obsolete tools which is zipping around in the world wide web without a crew on the commando bridge and without further development due to bankruptcy .. Wrong, I've got pretty fast an answer on request. Stay home, but alive :).... As I could recently see, they developed the existing bookmark manager into something bigger. Still simple to work with, still with the calming green UI (simplicity is sexy and refreshing in this sometimes complicated world). It becomes more and more clear why the tool is called Lasso. Screen capturing, Notes, Bookmarks.... The target seems to be closer to content management then simply remaining as a bookmark manager... Why the "collections" were renamed into "files" is still a mystery... but that is a small problem... All in one still a manager i want to work with. I hope some enhancement of the current tagging will take place, sub collections (files) would help to sort topics in a more convenient way and one thing would change the whole game: An option to simplify the page content (text/images) of the chosen area/whole page into a editable note... Similar the way Evernote's clipper does it.... Just an idea :) šŸ˜ŽšŸ’–šŸ¤“šŸ‘½šŸš€šŸŒø

It's really easy to swipe inspiring and interesting tidbits with Lasso. Adding tags is helps me find things easily. It's really increased my productivity and ability to find and organize my creative research. We've started creating collaborative work collections as a team and it's really easy to separate specific projects into their own collections in addition to tagging.
