Extension summary

BRIDGIT helps you discern what is real and what is fake in an online article by surfacing the supporting or contradicting evidence, and enabling you to make notes for yourself or for the public.

BRIDGIT enables you to highlight text and images on any web page, and attach information to the "highlight" including notes as well as supporting and contradicting highlights (or "Bridges"). These can be private or public. If they are public, all users can see the information you have highlighted.

To Review

  • When you Google something, the search results indicate which pages have highlights
  • When you visit a page, any highlighted text and images appear automatically
  • Click on the highlighted text or images to display notes and supporting and contradicting highlights.
  • You can see your private information as well as public information.

Defunct, no longer works. Unable to sign up (thus unable to log in) and the demo page is unavailable. The website for this project advertises Web 3.0 and crypto stuff which tells you what you need to know.
