It's not that I disliked the app, it's that I have been using the browser extension and since I accepted the Marketing browser extension, have been receiving the FULLY PAID version for free, only to login today to see that I have been downgraded to the FREE Version that only allows 50 pages per month, unless I pay. AND no notification was ever received from the company stating that the account was being downgraded. | |

Ok sure fax better itself was good and all sure (probably the only reason i left it at 3 stars instead of giving it 1 star) but um... read the description of this extension. Actually no dont i'll type it here for you it sais and I quote not even kiding "The Advertisements by FaxBetter extension injects advertisements into web pages while browsing." not even kidding that is what this thing sais. Maybe use faxbetter once or twice but DON'T GET THIS EXTENSION AND I REPEAT DO NOT GET THIS EXTENSION. if you dont like ads like everyone else on the planet you dont like this either. It is the exact oppisote of ad block. So if you love ads go ahead and get this but if not stay away from this thing. | |

This is adware, pure and simple, this garbage should not be on the chrome store, this extension injects ads into ALL websites you visit, not just FaxBetter | |

SUPER SHADY! They advertise free tier. They capture your email and then when you try the "free" service it blocks you and says you need to install an advertising extension to be able to use the "free" service. Nowhere before this step do they mention installing a POPUP generator. ABSOLUTELY MORONIC AND EXTREMELY SHADY if not criminal. This is primarily an email leads generator and misleading advertising scheme, not a real fax service. | |

Maybe faxbetter let you send free faxes in the past, in exchange for receiving their ads, but that is no longer true. It's a misrepresentation in that you CANNOT SEND A FAX unless you upgrade, regardless of if you install this app or not. | |

This shady lowlife company injects advertising into your browser under the auspices of providing a so called "Pro-level" service. The faxbetter service doesn't even work as advertised, which makes this even more of a joke. This extension is only one thing, garbage spam and shouldn't be allowed to be listed in the chrome web store. Look forward to the company going out of business if it hasn't already. | |

This service has allowed me to be productive as a new business owner, it's simple and highly efficient. There is no other way I would use another service. It organizes your faxes received and sent, it also allows you to see the fax thru your email as a confirmation page. |
