2021-02-09	Paul N	Worked for a while. Was disconnected during a video appointment with my doctor. When I tried to restart the appointment I got a message that I needed to install the extension for Chrome, restart Chrome and maybe restart my computer even though the extension was already installed.

I work in the tech field applying multiple troubleshooting steps and still was unsuccessful. Maybe they should utilize Zoom or WebEx. This method is clearly an inconvenience from what i gathered from some of the other reviews. Definitely needs to go back to the drawing board to work out the bugs and glitches to have it running a bit more smoothly.

Only after a long search can it be determined that the extension is not available for Firefox or Safari. In my experience, the video from my camera was not shared even after beginning the session all over again. I'm not sure that I expected more from software that is in version 0.0.24 !

2020-12-19	Bernie Spina	Here is what I did...I allowed Edge to "add extensions from other stores" at the prompt from the blue bar on the top of the page which put an extension on my tool bar. I then went back into myhealthonline, hovered over the appointment, clicked on details and gave permission to test the camera and other connections. I then was able to go in and see my picture and test the volume on my speakers. I hope this helps. I am running Windows 10 on a windows computer. I love Firefox but will log onto Edge for this. I may change my rating after I have been able to have my appointment.

2020-11-20	Andrew Brandewie	I had to add this extension to my browser, then download and install a separate file and restart my computer. Once I did that it started recognizing the computer hardware it was trying to check. If it does not locate the hardware it is checking for in a few seconds restart the test. It took me 4 separate checks before it told me it found my camera, microphone, speakers, and network connection.

This is ridiculous. It should not be so hard....what about doxyme.I have used that for two other appointments. Its as easy as zoom, but more private..that is so simple.

2020-11-20	Adrian Smith	It says it is compatible with my device (ChromeBook), but after adding the plugin, there is no chance to complete the hardware checkup. It just says to restart the device. Which does nothing. My service coordinator got me this machine so I could do telehealth, and well...yeah...it's not working.
