What is YouTube Comment Search?

YouTube Comment Search is a Chrome extension that allows users to search comments on YouTube videos by keywords. It provides a convenient way to find specific comments on videos and is inspired by the ytcs project on GitHub. Use the extension by installing it, going to a video watch page, and using the shortcut or clicking the extension icon to search for desired keywords. Please note that the extension is subject to limitations in terms of showing all comments, spam filtering, and YouTube API requests.

Usage:

Install extension
Go to video watch page
Hit CTRL+Y or click the extension icon in the upper right corner
Type desired keyword/s in popup field and press enter or search button

Notes:

Showing all the comments for a query depends on various factors and is not guaranteed.
Results per search request can’t exceed 100, including replies.
Spam or duplicate comments may get filtered.
10 thousand YouTube API requests per day

Good for searching, but for some reason the comment links it provides convert the "&" into "&", causing them to not work.
