This is the best thing there is. It makes a wide screen without black bars and without zoom that cuts the image. There is an option to expand the screen as needed. It's perfect. The best. I recommend. | |

IMPORTANT! If this extension is no longer working for you, with the video stretching in a weird way, PLEASE READ! User Ivan Milenković commented a possible fix on another extension, Ultrawideo, which also works for this extension. In the address bar, enter chrome://flags/#use-angle, and change the value to either D3D9 or OpenGL. This changes the way that the graphics work in Chrome and should fix the weird stretching bug that's begun to happen recently. | |

In Chrome, when watching a Netflix Video, the aspect ration is OK until I click on full-screen where the aspect ratio is no longer correct (black bars appear on top and bottom and crush the picture. Unfortunately, this extension does not seem to change anything. Of course, I have enabled the "Netflix" screen mode and whatever are the X and Y scale factors, there is no effect at all. |
