The binary installation makes me very nervous. This would be the ideal way to install deep malware. If you are on OS X, Choosy does the same thing but with a signed application and with automation allowing you to choose the browser of choice with each link. There is a Choosy browser extension which works in Brave and Opera and Chromium (I don't use Chrome for privacy reasons). If an external party has audited Open in Browser Extension, I'm open to increasing my rating. | |

Works great for me. But 3 star for 2 reasons: 1. It requires some scripting and may feel shady, 2. when I click the button to send in the Brave browser, a new Brave window pops up which is annoying. There should have an option to send it either as a background new window/tab or as popped up new window in the foreground. Please update it. | |
