en | EDIT ON EARLIER REVIEW: Started working after a lot of back and forth with the developer (including a google meet call to show him the issue). What worked for me was to clear the entire cache and cookies for the web.whatsapp.com and then reload the page and re-login. I guess there are a lot of updates happening with whatsapp web so sometimes starting over helps. Just for someone elses reference in case you face the same problem. Used to work fine and I am an old user who has paid for the extension. Not working now. It does not download any of the numbers and neither does it provide any errror message. Tried from multiple systems (just in case its a system error or setting) and verified that permission was given for the web.whatsapp.com address. Wrote in to the email provided but no response. |
