en | Ladders is pretty transparent that they are a paid service. This feature creates huge added value to their already uniquely desirable list of opportunities. I haven't tried it on 3rd party sites yet, but I certainly will do my best to find the flaws if any. Job seeking is a numbers game and Ladders already makes my time spent on the search extremely efficient. |

This is a huge time saver! Instead of re-entering your resume into every employer website, the Ladders Chrome extension will do it for with the the touch of a button. This is especially helpful if you are trying to find the time to apply for jobs while still working full time, or if you have a long work history and lots of experience. | |
