This is a highly significant technology that makes it possible to create apps with the same sophistication and similar performance to native Linux/Windows/OSX apps, but existing entirely on the web. I'm looking forward to apps deployed using this technology, but also another technology called ASM.JS that seeks to do the same thing (portable code, with native performance), but is implemented differently. |
