Euler Submit Referral

My business has been built on providing my clients with exceptional experiences, and a key part of that is referring them to software tools I train them to use. I’m beyond frustrated with these arrogant software companies dictating what I “need” instead of asking what I actually want. I was forced to migrate from a partner portal that worked perfectly fine to Euler, under the promise of “a better partner experience” from our partner manager. The reality? The transition has been a complete mess. No support from my partner manager and the platform doesn't even work. I was initially excited about the Chrome extension and the idea of not having to log into yet another portal. But logging into a portal that actually works would be far better than dealing with Euler’s broken Chrome extension—it doesn’t even let me log in! If creating a Euler account is a requirement for making referrals, the least I expect is for the app to function. It doesn’t. I can’t log in, let alone make a referral, which leaves me dead in the water and wondering if I've somehow exposed my clients data through some stupid chrome extension. The worst part? No support. When you make it harder for me to work with you, you lose my business. Simple as that.
