Summary
Plays silent parts of videos on the page at a faster speed, or skips them entirely. Useful for watching lectures, stream recordings (VODs), webinars, podcasts, and other unedited videos, where the speakers spend a portion of time on things other than talking. Can also just control video speed, without skipping silence. Has hotkeys (keyboard shortcuts).
