Extension summary
Displays a custom "title text" with video titles when you mouse-over youtube links.
Designed to be very light-weight and unobtrusive.
Specifically, it catches hover events on links, uses the youtube API to fetch the title (if not already cached), and displays it by creating a positioned above the link with the title.
