en Saved my day! Now I can print to Xerox Phaser 3020. Setup using IPP and Unirast protocol.

en IPP Everywhere for chromebooks, supporting different Page sizes. Basically the only option I found for that. Also more reliable for bringing custom options to Mac and Windows.

It's a little bit fiddly to set up but this extension allowed me to print to a Samsung M2678 multifunction printer which I'd found impossible to use except from Android. You need to select Unirast as the protocol and the IPP address is http://x.x.x.x/ipp/print where x.x.x.x is the printer's IP address.
