Some of the many features that I think is worthwhile is having the option to see what fans are online and how much they have spent on the page since starting their subscription. Another helpful feature is seeing each fan's spending statistics at a granular level with a preview of what content the fan has been sent and what they have purchased, ensuring fans never get the same content twice. If that is not enough, it also provides price ranges for each fan depending on their unlock history with accurate data! Having FansMetrics has been a game changer in my business.

Our chatters can see message unlock history on a fan per fan basis to help them make decisions on pricing locked messages, knowing who is a spender and who is not, and other things. Fansmetric will put symbols overlayed on images in the vault so our chatters know what a fan has received, paid for, or not received - eliminating many of the mistakes that we deal with as a chatting agency. As if the platform was not already game changing, we also have direct communication with the development team. They answer every message and every call to help us with whatever we need. If we need a special feature built for our agency, they will build it for us. The turn around time on these special requests are literally minuets to hours. Its unbelievable how easy they are to work with and the value they provide. Fansmetric is a fraction of the cost of their competitors and is far higher quality in the software and personal service they offer. I cant stress enough how happy i am with this tool and this team. On one hand I don't want other agencies to have our secret sauce tools, but on the other hand, I need to support these guys with a review for everything they have done for us. They truly deserve it.
