I also reached out to to thier email and after 15 days they answered telling me that they were going to look into my acount and give me an update on what was going on this was the last message customer service left me min you this was on April 2019. Moving foward I decided to do some reaserch and tried out the extension again 2021 extension worked well 2022 extension stopped working now I get all sorts of error mesaages some about the browser and console and the other is telling me that i cannot use my number creat the card because its viop number whats funny is that its the same number carrier and plan that I had when i first began using them. My adive would be for you to steer clear of this headache thier customer service is garbage the extension doesnt work and niether does the app |
