2024-08-27 | Jameela Huq | en | I'm trying to associate an email with an account. The account definitely exists because when I put the student's email in, the extension can find the account. But when I try to "find account" or "add account," no matter what information I put into the boxes, I get an error that read "you must select account"...except there's no accounts that are showing up to select. Additionally, there's no sort of UI responsive feedback to tell me what I could possibly be doing wrong. It's so frustrating. | |
