I thought this was a viber addon, but it didn't do anything, and afterwards I saw sex popups on normal webpages where I would not expect to see such ads. I thought maybe it was a virus, so I asked my son to look into it and he told me it was this addon, so we are all leaving a review for this. Be careful, this is a scam.

This a fake, malicious extension, that places explicit porn ads on top of all websites you visit. It has no relation to Viber and its company, Rakuten, there is no developer information except a throwaway email, and its privacy policy is a generic site, which means god knows what else this extension might be doing. My parents were surprised that they were seeing pornographic ads while visiting sites like Airbnb or Wolt, thankfully it was just an extension. Google's report system is inadequate (I find it especially inconsiderate and cruel that I had to *reinstall* this piece of malware in order to be able to write a review), but I tried every option I had, and I am also leaving this review to warn others.
