en | I will fix this star rating once the problem is fixed. There is NO swap button under bitcoin, and searching for bitcoin under 'swap' says 'not found'. In fact, when you first add the wallet there is NO bitcoin, it takes a few minutes for it to even show up. I have tried 5 different browsers, extensions turned off, reimporting, etc. Safepal has not mentioned any problems with this publicly. Maybe it has to do with bitcoin halving event, but yeah, please fix! Edit: not just btc, but also doge, solana, and a few others. This wallet is having problems! EDIT: got a response from devs who said 'do binance kyc then swaps will show up correctly'. um huh? The mobile wallet certainly does NOT work like that! I did no kyc in it and the mobile app swaps and search functions fully. Not to mention that doesn't address glitching concerns. I won't use the browser version as I don't trust it and this response is unacceptable. |

Great little wallet I was a little worried about ordering from a third-party, but the hologram seal from SafePal was not broken and the authenticating process checked out perfectly. |
