en | There is a noticeable lag between switching from shorts to normal layout. It's a significant flaw in my opinion :( To compare there is NO such lag in the similar extension called "Redirect Shorts" – which means this lag could be fixed. |

en | Open source code is a huge plus. This does a very simple job of giving me a full featured video player when I click on a short. Didn't want to disable them entirely, but I wanted very simple control over the videos and this does that. Awesome extension. |

en | Doesn't remove shorts, what it DOES do is remove doom scrolling shorts for hours and hours a day while still letting you watch any shorts that may seem interesting to you, i've deleted multiple apps because of this doom scrolling feature they all seem to have Edit: (previously 5 star review) after further use of this i've noticed the videos i click on do not open the video i click on instead showing me a different video that is on my home screen, i've had to search the name of around 10 separate videos now because of this |

This review is neutral stars. I want to see if this disables shorts from being an upload option entirely for creators, if it doesn't work, or if it doesn't disable the shorts feature after I attempt an upload, this is going to one star and I'll be deleting this. Not only that but I'll report it as junk data if it truly does not work as an app that cannot serve it's prime functions is not an app, but bloatware. | |
