Why some icons of the shortcuts are not shown correctly? can we do something to make them look ok?

Initially I loved it! I even fooled around custom backgrounds and currently have one for the Thanksgiving holiday (USA). I'll appreciate getting drag-and-drop for rearranging/grouping similar sites. But then I opened my second laptop and there is the default layout, default shortcuts, etc. None of my 17 shortcuts are there! Please please please make them sync.
