I use Copy URLs Expert in Firefox and it works like a charm. I can have hundreds of tabs open and it will immediately capture them all on the clipboard and I can then paste them into any document with any app that allows hyperlinks (like Notational Velocity). This is great for times when a browser starts to get bogged down or freezes up and needs to be rebooted with fewer tabs open. But, as many folks here have said, Grab Tabs no longer works. I click on the icon in the menu bar and nothing happens. I am using Chrome Version 33.0.1750.146 on Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard. I would really like to have the capability to do in Chrome what I can do in Firefox using a different extension. | |

Seems like a great, simple concept but it doesn't work on Chrome 29 on Win7. | |

I do not want to turn this into something else, but I wish it directly supported saving the captured text to a file of your choice. I would like to use it to "checkpoint" browser sessions. I am trying to use it as a failsafe backup while learning the Tabs Outliner extension. Also, Ctrl-A, Ctrl-C sequence does not work for some reason. I have to manually select all the text and then do Ctrl-C. Ctrl-A does select all the text, but following with Ctrl-C results in nothing being put in the clipboard. I do like the simple utility of the extension. |
