בהתחלה האופציה של שליחת הודעות באמצעות הווטסאפ לא עבדה אצלי אך לאחר שיחת הסבר קצרה מנציגה מטעם פרדוקס הסתבר שפשוט הייתי צריכה לסמן את המספר אליו רוצים לכתוב את ההודעה (ולא רק לעמוד עליו). התוסף מאפשר התחלת התכתבות קלה עם המועמדים, בלי צורך לשמור תחילת את המספר שלהם. בהמשך אנסה גם את האופציה של לקבוע ראיון טלפוני באמצעות התוסף- יכול לחסוך זמן במקרים שאני לא מצליחה להשיג את המועמדים. בסה"כ- תוסף חינמי וחביב.
