I've only had it less than a minute and I'm about to remove it mostly because of the HORRIBLY JARRING alarm bell. It sounds like an old school fire alarm bell, and is likely meant to sound like a boxing match/ring bell. I thought it was supposed to be a REMINDER, NOT an ALARM. VERY jarring to hear that out of the blue. Scares the $hit out of me every time. The extension is called "Office Warrior" on the extension itself, so that should give you an idea of the mindset of the people who made it - bro culture. Blech. The stretches were okay, but not great at all - just one image with a half dozen stretches showing only one image of each with no instructions. |
