en | I have had nothing but problems with this extension and this app. I spent 2.5 hours today chatting with the penny app customer service - they don't do live calls - and got nowhere. I literally have seven tickets / issues open with them. Nothing works! All the live chat does is say they will open a ticket for me. I have asked for a refund and to stop charging my card until they get it fixed, again, I am told they will create a ticket for me. UGH! So frustrating. I am trying to run a million dollar business. I need a new CRM! |

I have to say I have used many CRMs over the years and this one had caused so many issues for many of us at work and the extension took over my Facebook emojis so I couldn't use them at all. It covered all the emojis and the only way I could post anything on FB was to use my phone to do it, my laptop was no longer able to do it as the Penny extension was literally covering the emojis. I had to remove it to get back control of my FB emojis. I will add it again now only to get a few contacts in that are new and then delete it again so this doesn't happen again. | |

I am so incredibly impressed with Penny's new feature... I have been waiting for this! Having to manually add people is the hardest part in my business and Penny has just created the most perfect tool that will simplify my business. With this tool i am able to add in my prospects, schedule tasks and share content all without leaving social media! I can now be working while i am scrolling instagram.. HOW AMAZING IS THAT!!
