I have emailed the dev email address twice, sent one email to the main sales bot address, as well as trying to send a message on the "help" tab. I consistently get an "error sending message" pop-up when trying to send it to the help desk, and I have not gotten an email response for more than 2 and a half weeks now. My bot is updated to the most current update and for some reason, it just stopped working completely for the ‘bump’ action. When I use the bot, it says it's refreshing my page but if I open another tab and look at my listing placement, or look on my phone it doesn't move. I thought it might've just been a glitch with the placement but it was still bumping but no. None of the times change like they normally do on my listings either. I have over 600 listings so I am unable to bump them manually and this glitch is costing me money. I’ve paid $400 for a year subscription and I haven’t received nearly that as the application is buggy. I can’t even get a hold of customer support to get a refund even though the year membership is supposed to offer “priority 24/7 support”. Do not buy this application. | |

Worked fine for the 7 day trial. But i would never ever pay $99 monthly for it, thats insane. I think the creators have the wrong idea of who typically wants to use these platforms. It's not people who are already making a ton of sales monthly, they dont need any more money and are happy where they are. Its for people who want to even the playing field and try to catch up and make a few sales. Sure there are outliers, but i think even the big sellers would have a hard time coughing up $99 a MONTH for a service like this. | |

This is the worst extension I have ever used takes the money every month and all of a sudden the account got signed out and it no more allows me to log back in the account and there is no place to contact or no customer services can does anybody know how can I contact the customer services as I need to cancel my subscription . | |
