Couldn't use this plugin, it only redirects me to a robot.txt file.

Nice one, despite the way somewhat buggy and not so well explained during the installation process (requires you to read the FAQ) on how to have it working (and that caused reviews with 1 and 2 stars). For those that were unable to get it to work, note that BugSnap requires API access to be enabled for your account. You can do that by logging with an Administrator account and going to Tools -> System Options -> OnTime API Settings -> Enable API. After that, there is a process of login that is not really smooth, specially if user is not logged in OnTime yet. Moreover, I find this limiting as it requires one user for each tester, and that is not very feasible (costly) for a wide range of users. It would be nice to include a Name field identifying the user, so that we can create a Test User with limited access that can only submit bug reports. You have a FAQ here: http://bugsnap.co/otfaq/ And the contacts here: http://bugsnap.co/contact-us/ Maybe you should really test the application and navigate in the site before posting negative reviews.

Agree with George. This appears not to work for self-hosted instances of OnTime (mail sent to Axosoft to confirm this assumption). Additionally the bugsnap.co site provides no contact information, which is not cool.
