For development-time only, a similar extension "HTTP Request Blocker and Delayer" works only when DevTools panel is open; it also provides a bit more flexibility for each URL/rule (e.g. different delays). Blocking multiple/parallel requests seems to be a Chrome API limitation, see the GitHub page for the "HTTP Request Blocker and Delayer" extension. Use Firefox instead. |
