Out of all the options, we found Job Diva to be the best choice. They provided us with great support in terms of setting things up, including one-on-one training and excellent technical assistance. Job Diva is an incredible tool that helps us get our work done faster. However, when it doesn't work, it's a nightmare to figure out what's wrong, get in touch with customer service, and then fix it. While their customer service is good, I feel like I have to contact them too often. Additionally, I dislike that the system requires me to change my password after some time. If I wanted to change my password, I would do it myself. |
