This app let you remember any tab you want in a given time.

How to use :

Click the Remind Me Later icon
The url that will be reminded is shown at the top of the popup It represent the current tab url
Select the time (in minutes)
Click "Remind me !"
You can now close the tab (or not)
Once the delay choosed is finished, you will be prompted the link. Clicking the notification will open the link in a new tab or you can dismiss it.
You can do this with as many links as you want.
