ru Мне понравилась больше, чем amocrm и битрикс 24! Нравиться, что можно легко сделать несколько режимов просмотра. Всё легко меняется и настраивается. Именно то, что мне нужно! Из минусов - хотелось бы большей наглядности (меточек, цветовых статусов).

en It's been a struggle since day one, I went with Zoho over Salesforce because at the time I could put in opprotunities (at the $20 level) to track them. The deal is the whole system doesn't flow well, can I copy an address from Account to Contact, no, can I import a csv file and not get hundreds of duplicate companies, no. Now I want to delete duplicates, no way Jose, they do have the option but only 2 at a time. If you go into the forums it will tell it to you a hundred times, NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT, 1000's of users at $20/mo seems like you could have some kick butt supoprt but not here. I'm going to go to Prosperworks and see what is going on.
