I have reported this issue multiple times but have not received any response. I contacted their support team, sent messages through their Instagram account, and even shared screenshots, yet no solution has been provided. This is far from a professional approach, and honestly, I’m quite surprised. I purchased this software specifically for the monthly sales estimation feature. However, since I can’t use this feature, I no longer find the software necessary. Both I and all my friends will be canceling our subscriptions. Unfortunately, this software is not reliable. |
