2024-03-21 | Minh Thanh To | en | This is a very useful product! I started using this because my friend used it and found it effective. I didn't believe at first, to be honest. But after 2 weeks of daily gratitude, I noticed that I was able to deal with uncomfortable and stressful situations in a more mindful way. Previously, it felt like I fell prey to an unconscious negative perspective and patterns. Now, I feel like my perspective has been shifted positively. It's like installing a program that constantly signals gratitude in my mind, and the program becomes more active the more I use it. When dealing with situations and people, the gratitude signals come into play which make you behave differently than you otherwise would have. 10/10 would keep using it. | |
