en In a world of uncontrollable events, the mind is the only thing that one can control. And A Little Optimism delivers what my thoughts, my mystery partner and I all need - a grateful mindset for a fulfilling perspective on life.

en I didn't expect that there would be a partner with me in this journey. My partner's gift makes my day and reminds me to write cute gratitude notes. Lovely feature ❤

en This is a very useful product! I started using this because my friend used it and found it effective. I didn't believe at first, to be honest. But after 2 weeks of daily gratitude, I noticed that I was able to deal with uncomfortable and stressful situations in a more mindful way. Previously, it felt like I fell prey to an unconscious negative perspective and patterns. Now, I feel like my perspective has been shifted positively. It's like installing a program that constantly signals gratitude in my mind, and the program becomes more active the more I use it. When dealing with situations and people, the gratitude signals come into play which make you behave differently than you otherwise would have. 10/10 would keep using it.

en It's straight forward and easy to use I've just practice gratitude when I research and found a method to help me release stress, have better communication and optimism after 2 months layoffs. And it helped me alots: To mark the conversation with my family, my friend, my ex-coworkers,. etc. At the moment, I think that's good enough for me
