Summary
Deepmode uses AI to recognise and block distractions as they appear, keeping you mindful and productive.

Most website blockers depend solely on a blacklist to prevent you from getting distracted. Deepmode instead understands how the contents of any page relate to what you are supposed to be working on and blocks pages that are irrelevant.
Safety
Risk impact

Deepmode - Intelligent website blocker requires a number of risky permissions that can potentially harm your browser and steal your data. Exercise caution when installing this extension. Review carefully before installing. We recommend that you only install Deepmode - Intelligent website blocker if you trust the publisher.

Risk impact measures the level of extra permissions an extension has access to. A low risk impact extension cannot do much harms, whereas a high risk impact extension can do a lot of damage like stealing your password, bypass your security settings, and access your personal data. High risk impact extensions are not necessarily malicious. However, if they do turn malicious, they can be very harmful.

Risk likelihood

Deepmode - Intelligent website blocker is very likely to contain malware and should not be trusted. Avoid installing.

Risk likelihood measures the probability that a Chrome extension may turn malicious. This is determined by the publisher and the Chrome extension reputation on Chrome Web Store, the amount of time the Chrome extension has been around, and other signals about the Chrome extension. Our algorithms are not perfect, and are subject to change as we discover new ways to detect malicious extensions. We recommend that you always exercise caution when installing a Chrome extension, especially ones with higher risk impact and/or higher risk likelihood.

was excited for this but the app is broken, It doesnt work at all. asks to authenticate, when you do it just loads forever and does nothing. doesnt block anything at all.

This is strange... I installed it, and it asked me to "authenticate with Google". Well, I did, and it never loaded. So much for that, I guess. It was promising, though. Full marks for effort, I suppose.

I am really sorry for the one star, but i just can't authenticate with google, it just loads for half an second and then shows the authenticate with google button again
