en I like this software because it is very easy to use and you can do many things with. It's like many software integrated in one. My favorite feature is project management. It's kind of like using MS project but in more simple. I think this software is good value for money and awesome for small start ups that don't have a big budget to spend in software. Moreover, there are many videos to train you and to help you understanding every feature of work[etc].

en I could tell you a million great things about working with WorkETC as an application, but the Google apps integration has been a game changer. Because people are used to creating events on a Google calendar, having this information sync over automatically is very useful. It is also helpful to be able to created support cases directly from email since no matter how much you ask, clients will still insist on emailing people directly instead of a support mailbox that is set up. This reduces a ton of copy and paste actions that we had to take with a previous system we were using. The great thing is that all of these activities - tickets, calendar events, etc can be attached to each other which gives us a very good overview of what is happening with each case. We really love this system!

en This product makes managing projects and help tickets for our clients so much easier. Allowing us to track our time that is spent on each item is great. It's wonderful that it can all be managed in one product and not have to have multiple places to keep track of these items. They continue to get better and better.

en Our business evaluated 6 different CRM tools and there were two things that stood out about WorkETC. The first was that it has a fairly comprehensive project management tool within it. This allowed us to model, monitor and manage a customer's project right from the very initial contact on our website or phone. It was end to end, which meant we didn't need to look for two systems to integrate and sync our data across. The second is the outstanding customer support to queries and the hand holding we got during the evaluation phase. No-one else came close in this respect. From a previously fragmented approach to client data and project data, now all the team has to do is type in a part of a client name or a part of a project name and we can see all communications, project status, support cases and activities in one spot. It's really opened up the visibility of our internal processes, and allowed us to highlight trends and patterns in project delivery. Interestingly, our clients seem reassured that we're now sending emails with identifiers in the titles - our projects involve many parties from many organizations, and they just 'get it'

en I'll let the 5 stars speak for the product, but I want to talk about their support. I have NEVER used any system that had support as good as Work[etc], and I have tested dozens of systems over time. Their desire to learn your business and incorporate YOUR workflow (shocking, I know) instead of forcing you to create work-arounds is unprecedented. You just don't find that level of support anywhere. Well done, Work!

en Work[etc] CRM + Projects has made employee time tracking easier and convenient. We also keep up with our client projects and sub-projects better now than before without the need for numerous spreadsheets. We like being able to integrate and add emails to a project. This makes it easier to track communication related to a project. I would like to see more integration in the future.
