Not even in the text box. I sent them an email just asking for refund for the time I have not used as I paid for a whole year and nope they don't offer refunds. When you tell about the issues they want you to send then more and more info which I did but I don't have time to help them fix a bad product. Its a joke. And if you read the reviews they take money and run away with it. Going back to grammarly so much better and really goods service. |
