What is SP REST JSON?

SP REST JSON, a highly-effective Chrome extension, is purpose-built to modify the request headers for SharePoint REST API calls. Once a tab is activated, the current URL is matched with certain strings and the 'accept' property in the request header is altered to 'application/json;odata=verbose' by default. This tool greatly enhances efficiency in handling SharePoint data for developers by making it possible to obtain JSON results instead of XML. Moreover, users can customize global options to tweak SharePoint URL filters and select different 'accept' header settings based on their needs.
