2024-12-22 | Ornela | en | **Invest in Something Else – This Tool is Unreliable and Frustrating!** I would gladly pay for a more reliable solution, especially given the amount of time I spend babysitting this tool. Honestly, with all the issues, you’re spending more time troubleshooting than actually listing items. Here’s a rundown of my main frustrations: 1. **Slow Sharing** – The sharing process takes way too long and doesn’t work consistently. 2. **Brand Information Issues** – Brands either don’t import correctly or disappear when relisting. Sometimes the wrong brand is assigned – for example, Spanx turns into Sperry or Patagonia becomes Patricia Nash. It’s chaotic and confusing. 3. **Relisting Errors** – I constantly get error messages stating that items can’t be relisted because they’re “no longer active” on Poshmark. However, the items still relist, which is confusing and frustrating. 4. **Random Errors When Listing** – Even when I list 10 items in a row, only 3 will actually list. The rest give error messages, usually related to the same platform, but there’s no clear explanation. It will give a token has expired message but why is the token not working for 3 out of 10 items??!! 5. **Unhelpful Customer Support** – Every time I reach out for help, the only solution they offer is to uninstall and reinstall the app. With the constant stream of errors, I can't afford to do this every day. I have a large closet with nearly 4,000 listings, and right now, I feel stuck. I'm hesitant to switch to another platform because I'm not sure which platoform, Poshark, eBay, or Flyp, have my my complete listings accurately.

2024-08-28 | A | en | I like FLYP OK ....When it works. SO many clitches. Should have gotten the ongoing problems worked out before you started charging $9 a month for it. Everyday something doesn't work properly. Customer Service is VERY VERY slow to respond.
2024-08-10 | Rochelle Gilbert | en | I like Flyp, but I don't like having to sit and babysit my computer. Once the screen times out and goes dark, everything stops. My computer is not on sleep mode.
2024-06-26 | Angela R | en | Ok, so it's not perfect! But for only 9$ a month its a bargain. There are a few glitches, but its more than $20 cheaper a month than the "higher end" programs, it is more than worth it to me. I'm still a newer seller with a smaller closet and this works quickly to cross list and share my Poshmark closet. If you are looking for perfection, this isn't it, but if you are a seller on a budget, FLYP has everything you need! Plus the team is always quick to respond to questions and issues. Thanks FLYP!!
2024-06-01 | Robert Martinez | en | After trying it, I found it nice, but I moved to ZeeDrop. It's much more stable, and the developers are great at adding any requests. So for now, I use the ZeeDrop cross-lister
2024-05-29 | Wendy Peterman | en | I'm sad but I was only using it because it was free. I've been using this for awhile now and as of today it said to update but the update will not work. I click on the update button and nothing happens. I tried the refresh button and nothing happens. No more crossposting with Flyp not that I'm too sad because I'm not paying for this service. I basically use it to just transfer the photos and a few basics (facebook, Ebay, Mercari, and Poshmark) and then fill the rest out manually on each site since Crosslister doesn't do a great job of filling everything out. It just seems it has too many issues that need to be ironed out and fixed before they ask for us to pay them for this. I most likely will be switching to a service that does cost but works.
2024-05-11 | Angela Saiza Paschall | en | I like Flyp ok but there are some issues. Especially as it is no longer free, I feel we need to get decent usage...not headaches. Flyp please address the concerns stated here...I am having the same issues and would like to see you address them. Thanks.
2024-05-11 | Patty Cordell | en | Meh - It's okay. I'm not able to select more than one day at a time for sharing and often have to hit start multiple times throughout the day the keep the sharing feature enabled even though sleep mode is disabled on my computer. Would rather pay more for features that work without me having to check on them. |
