Since Adobe killed Muse, we'd to come up with a replacement. Webflow was the best option. It's harder to create the templates than Muse. But since it has a great Editor, that actually become a better system than Muse. My company creates the templates, the customer edit data. In Muse they had to/could do both - often with a destroyed layout as a result.
The database part of Webflow is fantastic. It actually doesn't take very long to create the foundation of the site. And then the pages are automatically created from the database.
There are some things missing thou. But as I understand it will come further on.
Webflow has great support, truly unique. You will never ever get that from Adobe or other such companies.
I've created 3 sites in a short time. I've 4 more to do (that were Muse sites).
I threw Adobe CC out. It's quite easy to replace nowadays. I encourage you all to do so. Affinity has a InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator suite that is professional and I'm using that instead. And save a lot of money.
Adobe has destroyed at least 3 web tools - PageMill, GoLive and Muse. GoLive was my favourite web tool. Killing Muse was the final thing for me.
But... I really look forward to see what will come up next with Webflow.
If you've tested many CMS, like me... if you have basic knowledge of html and you've tested stuff like dreamweaver... If you've spent long hours dealing with hair-pulling problems...
So the day you discover Webflow, you pull your hair too, but not for the same reasons... now I'm bald... lol
Seriously, really, Webflow is just a "tuerie" (French expression meaning that there is no more competitor)...
Figma is in the same line : it's the revolution of webdesign, UX, etc., a new area is born for digital aesthetics...
Webflow rocks!!!!!!
