| 2024-12-10 |  | | en | i'm not sure if there has been a change in the extension or in chrome or both, but the performance of this extension has been pretty poor lately and does not seem to free up any memory. there seems to be a persistent memory leak. if you run discard other tabs it brings all windows on to the same desktop which is awful and then the discarding loop seems to stall if you have a lot of tabs so you are never sure if it is still discarding or has stalled/stopped permanently. running it again seems to refresh a bunch of windows and then stuck in the same state with no release of memory. not sure if it is working properly in the background or not, just seems to not work anymore. |
