One small complaint I do have is that we use a Custom URL, offered OOB by ServiceNow, to rename the instance to something that is more appealing to our variety of Business Units. It does not contain xxxxx.service-now.com, and so the Utils does not work when viewing via the custom URL. I have to copy the URL I'm at, and then append the front to be our actual xxxxx.service-now.com URL. Is there a way this behavior can be changed, to allow for using SN Utils on custom URLs? |

To see backend Names I'm trying to click on settings in utils unable to do. I was checking in non Servicenow page. My mistake. So upgrading the rating to 5 as earlier I really enjoyed it and install it in every system that I change. |
