The cancellation feature is not readily available on their website. In order to cancel, you must reach out to their unresponsive Support Team. From here, it is their responsibility to finalize the cancelation of the account. Upon trying to cancel, it took several days to hear back from their team, at which point they told me they would cancel the account. However, yesterday, I just got charged a monthly fee AGAIN. I have requested for them to cancel my account and give me a refund but I have not heard back. ViralTag is not ethically based and I will be reporting them as fraud to my bank. DO NOT use this website and DO NOT pay for a monthly subscription. | |
